Planning questions
Before you plan the wedding menu.
Can we plan different menus for each wedding function?
Yes. Share the dates, timings and guest count for each function. We can discuss breakfast, haldi, sangeet, wedding and reception menus together, including family favourites and dishes you want to avoid repeating.
What is the minimum guest count?
Single functions start at 150 guests. For multi-function events, the minimum is 100 guests per function. Share separate counts for each meal so the proposal reflects the actual plan.
Can we request vegetarian, mixed or Jain menus?
Vegetarian and mixed menus can be discussed in the Menu Builder. For Jain requirements, allergies or other dietary needs, specify the ingredients and preparation restrictions before the menu is agreed; do not assume every dish or counter is suitable.
What should we send for a wedding catering quotation?
Send your dates, venue or shortlist, function timings, approximate guest counts and preferred dishes. Ask the team to confirm food, staffing, counter equipment, transport, taxes and venue responsibilities in the written proposal. Building a menu starts an enquiry; it does not reserve the date.
